COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — UPDATE: Richland County deputies say they are looking for persons of interest in the case involving Shandon Floyd, 20, from Mullins, who was found dead in a car along Two Notch Rd. on November 14.
However, authorities aren’t releasing who those people are.
The Mullins woman was reported missing on November 9 by a friend who’s car she was found in.
The Richland County Coroner’s office also confirmed Shandon’s death date was November 8, a day after she was reported missing by the owner of the car she was found in.
According to family, Floyd was visiting Columbia and was staying with friends at the Rodeway Inn on Berkshire Drive.
The incident report states the male acquaintance told deputies who responded to the hotel that he was concerned that his calls were going straight to voicemail.
