Transgender women are n’t women, according to Caitlyn Jenner.

In a recent discussion with John Cleese on his program The Dinosaur Hour, Olympic gold medalist and reality TV star Caitlyn Jenner bemoaned how her politicians are different from those of many other trans people in an effort to set herself apart from the rest of the transgender community.

The registered Republican Jenner, who unsuccessfully ran for governor of California, told the one-time Monty Python member,” I really think the woke motion has really gone too much.” I am capable of being good without being awake. I may be considerate without being awake. You see, I care about people, which is why I act in the way that I do.

Jenner often sought to draw a distinction between her more traditional worldview and the more liberal one that many transgender people adhere to.

She remarked,” I get a lot of flak from mostly trans people who do n’t like that I’m Republican.” ” President Trump has my aid.”

Jenner gave Cleese an explanation of her coming out process, noting that she had originally hoped that by doing so, she would be able to inspire other transgender people and stop them from thinking about suicide.

She said she was aware that she would n’t be able to transition in private, primarily because of her notoriety and the media that her children—members of the Kardashian and Jenner families—often draw.

She remarked,” Obviously, I could n’t do it in private.” ” I was now a well-known brand. I was well-known throughout the globe. Why do n’t I just relocate to Alaska, the wilderness, and start a family there? I wondered, but I’d have to leave all of my kids behind because that’s not how I could do it. Therefore, if I did it, I would just have to make an effort to do it properly, with respect, and in a dignified manner for transgender people in general as well as for myself and my home.

Jenner bemoaned the criticism the trans community has leveled at her for her liberal beliefs, pointing out that she has never struggled to be accepted or to choose which restroom to use.

She told Cleese, who is known for having anti-transgender sights,” I’ve always had a problem in general.” ” I have n’t been in a men’s room in eight years, and you know about the whole bathroom thing.”

Jenner attempted to distinguish between the actions of ordinary transgender people and those of trans activists, claiming that the latter group was attempting to gain notoriety, celebrity status, or clicks or likes on social media.

She mentioned trans advocate Riley Gaines, a University of Kentucky swimmer who finished second place at the 2022 NCAA Division I Swimming and Diving Championships with Lia Thomas.

Gaines, according to Jenner, has encountered angry protesters while touring university campuses and speaking against the inclusion of transgender athletes in women’s sports. Jenner, however, even made fun of the demonstrators, calling them “making fools of themselves.” She claimed that the actions and words of the more extreme trans activists tarnished the transgender community as a whole.

” Trans people are true people,” I see these activists shouting. No, you’re not,” she retorted, noting that her birth certificate, important papers, driver’s licenses, and other papers had all been updated to reflect her sex as a woman. I do n’t consider myself to be this, but I do live my life as a woman, and I am now! And the list goes on. No, I identify as transgender.

There are many people on the Right who have used Jenner as a social punching bag, subjected her to racist or transphobia misuse, or spoken of her derisively, despite her claim that she generally catches “flak” from the transgender community and people who identify with the Left.

She recently bemoaned the fact that some Democratic leaders disliked being seen with her in people after her unsuccessful governor’s campaign.
