The Southern Poverty Law Center, a scandal-ridden far-left smear factory known for using KKK chapters to put mainstream conservative and Christian organizations on the “hate map,” has just published new research denouncing opposition to gender ideology as “pseudoscience” and” a tool of” white supremacy” or” theocracy.”
According to R. G. Cravens, senior research analyst result at the SPLC’s Intelligence Project—the organization that publishes the “hate map,” the controversy surrounding trans health maintenance is “made to strengthen both white power and the social goals of the Christian Right.” This statement is made in a film that was released on Tuesday and is referred to as the CAPTAIN report. Combatting Anti- LGBTQ+ Pseudoscience Through Accessible Information Narratives is the name used.
According to one of the CAPTAIN report’s essays, the “anti-LGBT+ movement” intends to “erect a dictatorship built on the right to discriminate against people who do not keep conventional light Christian beliefs.” The essay contends that any criticism to the transgender movement is motivated by animosity and a lust for power rather than sincere concern and that the terrible white supremacist theocrats have quietly enlisted lesbian, gay, and lesbian allies to speak out against it.
This document echoes the Southern Poverty Law Center’s long-standing strategy, which is to vilify its intellectual rivals by accusing them of inciting hatred rather than address their critiques of the far-left mission that the SPLC itself supports.
The SPLC has developed the “hate image” it uses to slander enemies, as I wrote in my text” Making Hate Spend: The Problem of the Southern Poverty Law Center” by drawing on its history of suing Ku Klux Klan organizations into debt. The SPLC labeled conservative Christian organizations as “anti-LGBT love groups” in 2010, and earlier this year, it identified parental rights organizations, labeling them “ant-student participation antigovernment fundamentalist groups.”
The Family Research Council was the goal of a mass shooting in Washington, D.C. in 2012, and the SPLC repeatedly attacked the government in the CAPTAIN record while denouncing the assault.
Some members of the Left continue to use the SPLC as a political and ideological tool to silence their opponents despite the sexual abuse and racial discrimination incident that caused the organization to fire its co-founder in 2019 and the former employee who exposed the agency’s “hate” accusations as “highly successful scams.”
How did the anti-transgender pseudoscience movement achieve success but immediately? is the “major question” that this Admiral “pseudoscience” report seeks to address. The document appears unaware of the much more unexpected growth —how the medical community hurried to embrace the notion that a woman’s claimed gender identification outweighs his or her biological sex, such that it is considered good to administer experimental cross-examination hormones to that person and use surgery to make their body match that of an individual from the opposing gender.
The SPLC statement also ignores issues regarding why so much of society, including Hollywood, large corporations, universities, and the rest of the liberal elite, has rushed to adopt transgender orthodoxy in its entirety—a rush that has perplexed and alienated many self-described liberals and centrists of all faiths, not only conservatives.
The SPLC uses the antagonism of moderates and liberals to transgender dogma as an illustration of the “anti- LGBTQ+ motion”‘s” attempts to “isolate trans people from their allies” rather than taking into account any potential underlying issues.
The SPLC record is predicated on the idea that the pro-transgender trend in American medicine is neither surprising nor intriguing, but rather a healthy development of science, and that any criticism to it stems from “pseudoscience” based on hatred and tyranny.
Without acknowledging that the cultural trend toward “acceptance” may have encouraged teens—notorious for following cultural fads—to claim a transgender identity, the document dismisses the sharp rise in children and adolescents diagnosed with gender dysphoria and identifying as such.
According to Cravens in the picture,” Scientists seem to believe that transgender people have felt more at ease coming out in recent years, but far-right and anti-trans experts have taken control of that tale, such as “rapid beginning female dysphoria” and the notion of personality as a social contagion.” In order to argue that any affirmative representation of LGBTQ+ people was a means of producing fresh trans kids, the way Right transformed both old and new pseudoscience about LGBT+ identification into gender ideology.
However, the report does not demonstrate that the “anti- LGBTQ+ pseudoscience” is in fact false, nor does the SPLC generically refer to the horrifying medical interventions as “gender- affirming care,” which are truly better for people in the long run. The vocal detransitioners—those who once identified as transgender but eventually rejected that identity and came back to accept the truth of their natural sex—are dismissed by the SPLC as frauds and unrepresentative of the majority of those who transgress.
According to the statement, “most trans people who stop social or medical switching do so due to obstacles to care access and rejection, never because they stop identifying as transgender.” Many people, including Cathy Grace Duncan, Prisha Mosley, Kayla Lovdahl, Chloe Cole, Luka Hein, Walt Heyer, Ted Halley and Billy Burleigh, may remain unaware of that. Many of these individuals suffered long-term chemical and medical changes in an effort to maintain a gender identity that they now claim was always bogus. They caution others against undergoing these intrusive procedures. Some patients have filed lawsuits against their physicians for clinical negligence.
The Southern Poverty Law Center mocks the group Genspect for trying to “recruit detransitioners to write for their blog” while acting as though these people do n’t exist.
The SPLC even mocks the numerous medical professionals who came to despise gender ideology and “gender-affirming care.” It denounces their job as “pseudoscience” because it is difficult for the SPLC’s storyline rather than being unfounded.
The SPLC demonizes any attempt to treat unnecessary same-sex interest or gender dysphoria through popular talk therapy as” change therapy” throughout the CAPTAIN statement. According to the report, the Christian Right’s primary strategy “was to focus on transgender people, restore transformation therapy as a legitimate medical practice, and destroy the affirming care model.”
Conversion therapy is a term used in the document to compare contemporary speak therapy to shock therapy, which is something that most mainstream therapists detest. The SPLC disproves the idea that a child or teen who consistently identify with the gender that is contrary to their biological sex can treat underlying emotional problems through therapy rather than using hormones or surgery by using this term. This common notion is branded by the CAPTAIN record as a type of” change treatments” and “pseudoscience” on the same level as forced shock therapy to convert someone who is gay or lesbian straight.

Goldberg admitted to PJ Media that JONAH previously made a commitment to its customers to alter their sexual orientation, but the SPLC’s case resulted in the closure of the business.
The SPLC resurrected accusations that Goldberg promoted” change therapy” when he founded the Jewish Institute for Global Awareness, a new institution that was unrelated to JONAH’s earlier work. A judge then ordered the closure of his new company. Father Paul John Kalchik, a Roman Catholic priest who was forced into hiding after setting an LGBT mix flag on fire, and Mark Judge, Brett Kavanaugh’s high school friend, were both supported by the new business Funding Morality.
In his book” The War on Psychotherapy,” former gay rights activist Christopher Doyle explains how far-left advocacy and gay activist organizations purposefully conflate professional therapy with religious practice and/or unlicensed, unregulated counseling in order to mislead clients dealing with sexual and gender identity conflicts. They achieve this by referring to all efforts—therapeutic, religious, or otherwise—to assist clients suffering from sexual and gender identity problems as conversion therapy.
The CAPTAIN statement from the SPLC aims to expand on this tactic and use it to highlight opposition to the transgender activity. It criticizes medical professionals who oppose “gender-affirming care” activists like Chris Rufo of the Manhattan Institute and Meg Kilgannon from the Family Research Council, as well as groups like the religious rights volunteer Alliance Defending Freedom and the American College of Pediatricians and even The Heritage Foundation. Only ardent believers would agree with the SPLC’s conclusions, such as that opposing the transgender movement will “make society less democratic, less free, and less safe” or that its detractors are aiding “white, heterosexual, cismender supremacy,” given that a slightly larger percentage of Latinos identify as such ( 1.8 % ) than the tiny fraction of white people who do so ( 2.3 % ).
The Southern Poverty Law Center intends to use the lengthy report—which contains more than 41, 000 words—as a resource for its supporters to disparage its competitors and marginalize anyone who disagrees with their story rather than for mass consumption. These allies did assert that the SPLC statement “discredits” opposition to “gender- affirming care,” but this is untrue.
This review aims to deceive Americans into believing that the transgender movement’s explosive rise into society is not outlandish, ridiculous, or extreme. This obvious effort at fraud ought to be ignored, but too many leaders might believe the claims made by the SPLC.
