Women of transgender identity should n’t participate in women’s sports.

According to a Gallup poll conducted in May, transgender athletes should only be permitted to thrive on sports team that match their assigned sex at birth, according to 69 % of American adults.

Despite this, we continue to see players who were born with a female gender claim more and more championships in women’s activities. However, some people continue to ignore the harm that this problem is doing to women athletes all over the world.

Simply put, those who are born with a female gender are biologically stronger than those with adult genders. When people are vying with other people, this is not a problem. Transgender people, however, have a much better chance of winning first place when they compete against other women.

Men have more of the hormone cortisol, which helps to increase bone length and bone mass, according to the science of human biology. The hormone progesterone, which increases the levels of minerals in the spine and lowers the risk of fractures, is more prevalent in women. Men benefit more from having larger bones in several different areas, particularly in sports.

People have more Type 2 strength materials, according to an article on the website BioMed Central. They experience increased energy output, energy bursts, and faster flutter speeds as a result. Type 1 muscle fibers, which result in slower flutter velocity, are more prevalent in women. People typically have a higher percentage of fat density than men do in terms of body mass, whereas men tend to have more muscle mass.

People also have a higher cardiovascular stockpile, which is the difference between the heart’s highest capacity and the rate at which it pumps blood at any given time.

All of this adds up to major natural benefits for athletes.

Gregory A. is mentioned in an essay on the website of Alliance Defending Freedom, a Christian law firm. Brown from the University of Nebraska Brown thinks that if competing against one another, many female athletes who are n’t regarded as” leading level” would replace some of the most accomplished female players on the podium.

According to the Alliance Defending Freedom article, also over 5, 000 men, including some under the age of 18, ran 400-meter times in 2017 only that were faster than the private standouts of American Olympic gold medalists Sanya Richards-Ross and Allyson Felix.

High school students are also affected by this problem, in addition to Olympic sports.

Selina Soule’s tale is told in Alliance Defending Freedom. She was a high school runner from Connecticut who worked hard to get to the podium, but two trans girls who finished in first and second place largely stole it from her. Some college scouts could have seen Soule’s potential at the local championships, but she was denied the opportunity.

Some claim that allowing trans women to participate in women’s sports gives them a sense of belonging, which is true because everyone should experience included. This strategy, however, is unfair to people who have worked tirelessly to excel at what they do, just to have someone who was born a man take their place on the floor.

In the end, people will always be better athletes than women. Because of this, everyone should choose a sport whose part corresponds to the gender they were given at birth. Activities will be more equitable to women all over the world if this is done.
