Easter Sunday is referred to as “Transgender Day of Rankings” by Biden.

This month, President Biden declared March 31 as Transgender Day of Visibility, which coincides with Easter Sunday this year.

“I, Joseph R. Biden Jr., President of the United States of America, by virtue of the power vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim March 31, 2024, as Transgender Day of Visibility,” the Friday statement read.

“I urge all Americans to join us in promoting the rights and voices of transgender people throughout our Nation and to work to end all forms of violence and discrimination against transgender, gender nonbinary, and intersex people.”

Transgender Day of Visibility, typically observed on March 31, was officially designated by the White House.

President Biden, who is Catholic, has made transgender representation a significant aspect of his presidency, with various remarks and high-profile meetings within the federal government, including with Assistant Secretary for Health Rachel Levine.

Transgender Day of Visibility, established since 2009, usually falls on March 31 and has received consistent support from Biden over the years through similar public comments.

According to Chad C. Pecknold, a professor of philosophy at Catholic University, “Mr. Biden has consistently demonstrated that he is much more committed to liberal ideology than to Catholic doctrine,” in my professional philosophical opinion.

Not to be outdone, the governor’s notification about Biden was echoed in the Empire State by Governor Hochul, who issued her own statement marking the occasion.

Biden’s heightened focus on transgender representation has sometimes faced criticism.

Rose Montoya, a transgender activist, caused controversy when she bared her prosthetic breasts at a Pride event on the White House South Lawn in June.

This year, the liberal observance and the Christian holiday coincide on the same day.

Sam Brinton, a nonbinary former deputy assistant secretary for spent energy and waste disposal at the Department of Energy, was dismissed from the agency and subsequently arrested after being involved in a series of incidents at airports.

Additionally, the Biden Administration has moved away from incorporating more traditional Christian elements into its official celebrations.

Children are specifically advised against incorporating religious themes into an Easter egg art contest at an upcoming event called “Celebrating National Guard Families.”

Biden has made transgender issues a focal point of his presidency, eliciting mixed reactions.

“HE/SHE/THEY/ZE IS RISEN!” exclaimed Larry O’Connor, conservative television host, in a Twitter post.

“Joe Biden just declared that ‘Transgender Visibility Day’ is on Sunday, March 31st. I wonder how he came up with that timing,” pondered Vivek Ramaswamy, a biotechnology entrepreneur and former 2024 GOP presidential candidate.
