On Sunday, Fox News ran section after section disputing the celebration’s claim that it took place on Easter on March 31.

” I’m surprised by the propaganda that’s been spread about this, and I want to be very apparent,” Jean-Pierre said.” Every year for the past several years, Transgender Day of Visibility is observed.” And, as we know, for folks who understand the calendar and how it works, Easter falls on various Saturday, right? Every time. And this year, Transgender Visibility Day also occurs. She continued:

We were, at second, I want to be very clear, confused on their policy. We’re glad that Fox and President Biden share the importance of honoring Trans Day of Visibility. And I’ll only offer a statement Fox made in 2021. They stated on Twitter that” Trans Day of Visibility is dedicated to honoring trans individuals. We see you and walk with you, transgender people, ladies, and intersex people.

This year’s comments by Fox News were quite different, with one declaring,” Biden’s Transgender Day of Visibility declaration on Easter is’ a finger in the face of Christians ‘”

” A lot of misconceptions done on purpose”, Jean- Pierre continued. ” And, as a Christian who celebrates Easter with home, President Biden stands for bringing people together, and upholding the rights and respect of every United”.

She added,” It is dishonest what we have heard the previous 24 hours. What we over the weekend heard is misleading. She called the misconceptions “dividing”.
