Steph Richards, a transgender girl who uses the pronoun she/her, was recently named the charity’s fresh CEO, according to ESC.

Richards, a former Labor Women’s and LGBTQ Officer in Portsmouth, describes herself as an integrative female and human rights activist.
Richards expressed her” sincere honor” at being named to the place on the social media site X.
My goal, according to Richards, will be to handle the foundation’s day-to-day operations, increase awareness of #endometriosis and #adenoyotic disease, and increase the report of ESC.
The new CEO even stated that she would support health centres, which would hopefully shorten wait times and ease suffering for women who are suffering.

Kellie- Jay Keen, the leader of Let Women Speak, criticized the news as “ignored people” and objected to the vocabulary used in the ESC online blog.
She told The Daily Mail that “everyone has lost their social heads.” The losers are endometriosis-stricken people who must count on a generosity that refers to them as “people” rather than “women” while referring to men as people.
Kean also referred to the ESC’s decision as an “absolute crisis” and an affront to women who have endometriosis.
She continued,” I think it’s doubly insulting that they will use feminine speech for him but not for someone who has the situation.”
The producer of Republicans for Women, Caroline Ffiske, referred to it as an “insulting visit.”

” There was an uproar when a female person was appointed to the time business in Scotland, and he lost the position. What makes this any unique? Hill enquired.
Also, @millhill I was researching concerns around childbirth and women’s health well over two decades ago, Richards wrote in response to her on X. Strangely,” sex” did n’t come into it back then. To help you increase your books, I’ve offered to impart my information to you. You wo n’t come meet me.
Richards even addressed the backlash immediately in a later article.
Richards said,” Gently working now while dealing with a barrage of online #transphobia.” I sincerely appreciate your help, especially the numerous direct messages from people with Ga opinions. Enjoy @Conservatives falling off, thank you.
Fox News Digital asked for reply, but neither ESC nor Richards responded.
