According to representatives, a trans woman was discovered dead in Columbia after going missing.

According to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department, a transgender woman who was reported missing has been discovered dead in Columbia, S. C. ( WIS ).

Shandon Floyd, 20, was reportedly discovered “alone and indifferent” on Tuesday before nightfall at the 10000 wall of Two Notch Road, according to representatives. According to deputies, there were no indications of wrongdoing during the preliminary research.

To ascertain the cause of suicide, an autopsy may be conducted by the Richland County Coroner’s Office.

Floyd’s family claimed that on Thursday, November 9, early in the morning in Columbia, she was last seen.

The home claimed Floyd was traveling from Florence to Columbia and staying with friends at a resort there, according to an event report.

Floyd allegedly requested to use a sister’s car and drove the man she had been hanging out with to the shop.

It was the last day Floyd was seen when surveillance footage showed two people getting out of the car.

The research into the case is ongoing.
