A jury has heard that a lady denied using the “frenzied” stabbing of transgender young Brianna Ghey to make “dark fantasies” of torture and murder come true.
A judge at Manchester Crown Court heard that the 16-year-old, who went by the name of female X, claimed to be attracted to Brianna and to have fantasized about killing her but had no plans to do so.
After the murder, she denied having to clean Brianna’s heart from her face.
On the evening of February 11, earlier this year, Brianna, 16, was stabbed 28 times in the head, neck, torso, and again in Linear Park, Culcheth, close to Warrington.
The worried transgender teenager, who is only identified as child Y, is accused by the prosecution of being purposefully lured it for a murder planned by girl X and her co-accused.
Both lady X and child Y, who were both 15 at the time but are now 16 years old, accuse one another of killing Brianna. Neither can be identified because of their time.
Jurors have heard that woman X enjoyed watching “dark web” videos of murder and rape and had a fascination with serial killers because both teenagers were allegedly fixated on torture, violence, and death.
Richard Littler Houston, who was defending child Y, asked child X in the witness box for a second time,” Why did you dream about murdering your good buddy?”
She retorted,” I’m no sure.” I’m not sure where it originated.
I’m going to suggest that this is no longer a dream; it is something you can do, Mr. Littler continued. Brianna may be stabbed, right?
She retorted,” No.”
The three youngsters had planned to “hang out” in the area, according to Girl X, and while they were there, she pretended to Brianna that she was in contact with a substance seller via Snapchat to have him give some medications to them, but he was late.
Mr. Littler opined that this was done to keep Brianna in the area and asked,” Might it be that you were merely attempting to gather the courage to attack her?”
Girl X retorted,” No.”
Boy Y claimed to have gone to hide behind a tree to relieve himself when he returned and saw child X stabbing Brianna.
When Brianna was sitting on a chair, Girl X told the court that she had to get up to stretch her legs when she heard screams and turned around to see child Y stabbing the young woman.
You are essentially saying the same thing as him then, Mr. Littler said.
Girl X has denied attempting to manipulate or power child Y.
Jurors learned about a book that was discovered at woman X’s home and in which she referred to boy Y as “very, very smart, genius level” but also” sociopath,” emotionless, and socially awkward, with only three Instagram followers.
I’m going to propose to you that you pretended to become friends with Brianna, Mr. Littler continued. However, you were not at all her companion.
” I’m going to say you pretended to be friends with boy Y, but you were n’t at all a good friend?”
” No,” retorted child X.
I’m going to assume that you stabbed Brianna, right? ” Mr. Littler remarked.
Girl X retorted,” No.”
Do you recall wiping heart from your experience as you were leaving the scene with son Y? using your mouth, Brianna’s heart? ” Mr. Littler enquired.
” No,” girl X retorted once more.
Jurors were previously shown a wrinkled, handwritten note of an alleged “murder plan” to eliminate Brianna that was discovered on Girl X’s bedroom floor following her arrest.
In a dark book, serial killers like Jeffrey Dahmer, Richard Ramirez, and Harold Shipman were also noted.
Deanna Heer Houston, the prosecuting attorney, asked child X what she liked about the idea of killing during a cross-examination.
I’m no simply certain, but I guess I found the whole thing to be quite interesting.
Did you enjoy the idea of having control over someone? Ms. Heer questioned.
Girl X replied,” Yes.
Did you enjoy the idea of being able to make them suffer and suffer? Ms. Heer questioned.
Girl X retorted,” Yes.”
She agreed that she enjoyed the idea of killing Brianna and said she found her to be “really exciting” and “quite interesting.”
She responded,” I just randomly getting feelings, even if there was no intention,” when asked why. I have no idea how or why I obtain them.
She continued,” It’s usually with people I do n’t like, but not always; occasionally, it can be with those I do actually like and I’ll still daydream about it.”
Did you find the thought of killing Brianna, to whom you were drawn, interesting? Ms. Heer enquired.
I guess but, yes, Girl X said.
Did you think she was prettier than you? Ms. Heer enquired.
” In a way, yes, I did,” Girl X said.
Because he disliked transgender people, Ms. Heer enquired as to whether she believed child Y may even find the idea of killing Brianna amusing.
Girl X retorted,” Perhaps, yes.
She was questioned regarding messages in which she and son Y talked about killing Brianna by giving her cleaning supplies to consume.
Did you believe that would be a terrible suicide, Ms. Heer enquired?
Girl X remarked,” Perhaps, yes.”
Did you like the concept of that? Ms. Heer questioned.
I believe I did, yes, Girl X said.
The prosecution goes on.
