Patricia Silva claimed to have seen “a man with a penis” shaving in the women’s locker room when she went to the gym on Monday.
“I just came out of Planet Fitness, and there is a man shaving in the women’s bathroom,” she said in the first of many videos she posted about the event.
“I realize he wants to be a lady, he gets to be a girl. I love him in Christ, he’s a spiritual being having a mortal experience. He doesn’t like his gender, so he wants to be a woman. But I’m not comfortable with him shaving in my bathroom.”

Silva claimed in a video that was posted on Wednesday that a lady who “could have been 12 years old… kind of freaked out that there is a man shaving in her locker room.”
According to Silva, the person identified as “queer LGB,” and he regarded himself as “queer LGB.”
In an email exchange with Fox News Digital, Planet Fitness identified the trans person.

Torres said she took a photo of the individual because she “felt that I was in an illegal place.”
The staff member may address their concerns with the member if a significant concern or substantial doubt about the bona fides of a person’s transgender or nonbinary status/identity arises, and the team member can explain. The team may request additional information of the member’s asserted gender identity if the discussion fails to resolve the member’s pressing issue or doubt. If it is discovered that a part is making a false claim about gender identity and is acting in bad faith, they may be asked to leave, and their membership may become suspended.
The trans person’s trans identity was questioned by Fox News Digital about any policies that the gym refused to respond to.
Nevertheless, in a post thread on Facebook, Silva said Planet Fitness “allowed the person in the dressing room to be a part”.
Silva claimed the gym called her on Wednesday morning to let her know that her membership had been canceled.
Silva claimed that “Planet Fitness is defending the man in the women’s locker room, the man with the penis,” as opposed to the child in the corner who has a towel encircling her.
