They initially targeted the Communists.
And I kept quiet.
I wasn’t a Communist, so
They therefore headed for the Socialists.
And I kept quiet.
Considering that I was never a communist
The trade unions were finally targeted.
And I kept quiet.
I wasn’t a trade unionist, so
They subsequently headed for the Jews.
And I kept quiet.
I wasn’t a Jew, so
They therefore pursued me.
And nobody was left.

Republicans in many states have already filed a total of ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FIVE anti-trans bills in the first five days of 2024, tripling the number of laws written in during the same time period in 2023. This is clearly and completely an plainly illegal and totalitarian proceed against the transgender community (which makes up less than 2% of the overall US population).
These costs are blatantly unconstitutional and aim to protect a person’s right to exist in their natural state. Many of them also compel trans people to detransition, use bathrooms that reflect their gender of birth, participate in sports only as their birth sex, or reveal their sexual orientation in order to obtain merely obtaining smokers ‘licenses. If these charges are passed, their brutality may make it difficult or impossible for transgender people to live and exist, which is obviously the point.
From Erin in the Morning, who tracked these costs like a yeowoman:
Politicians have already submitted 125 bills this year, more than the 50 bills they filed in 2023, just three days into 2024. These bills target the transgender community. The past year was one of the worst for anti-trans legislation in U.S. record. Bills on issues like bath exposure and gender-affirming care are being swiftly advanced by statehouses through committees. Republicans show no signs of ceasing their battle against trans people despite suffering major election loss in school board elections across the U.S. on the subject. A dozen Democrats have also supported anti-trans activities, bath, and operation restrictions in some states, such as New Hampshire, which opposed them in 2023, allowing these bills to pass this time. The rate is unlikely to slow down as the 2024 election routine draws near.
There is little time to recover from the original effects of this year’s anti-trans legislative surge, which resembles the next wave of a tsunami. States are now revisiting anti-trans legislation that was unsuccessful within their borders but was successful somewhere, properly borrowing policy from one another to pass all of the discriminatory laws. Book, move, bathroom, and forced journey bills are a few of these. For instance, Missouri has now put forth three for expenses for 2024 after failing to pass a pull ban in 2023.
The following is a list of the expenses that have been introduced or renewed for the 2023–2024 pattern:
- Don’t mention forced outing bills or gay or transgender bills.
- 16 restrictions on gender affirming maintenance
- 11 Book prohibitions
- 10 website indecency regulations that could censor or outlaw content for LGBTQ+ people
- 9 activities prohibitions
- 8 transgender bath restrictions
- 8 National Appropriations costs that contain various anti-trans “riders”
- 6 Pronoun use guidelines
- 6 Drag prohibitions
- 6 DEI prohibitions
- 4 anti-discrimination measures
- 4 Duty laws/backdoor restrictions on gender affirming treatment
- All translegal identification is ended by 4 costs.
- 3 Coerced charges for misgendering
- 3 Prison restrictions
- 2 Flag of Pride restrictions
- Two KOSA-type rules that might obstruct LGBTQ+ topics on social media
- 2 expenses for transgender child abuse and custody
- 1 Restraint on open assets
- 1 costs for trans security
- 1 act that legalizes bias in the healthcare industry
- 1 act that defines “grooming” in a way that might appeal to LGBTQ+ content
One of the most intense bills currently under consideration was really brought up in Florida, mandating that ALL transgender AND cispender Floridians submit an affidavit outlining the sex they were given at birth in order to obtain a drivers license. It is impossible to express how intrusive, callous, and infringing this policy is on EVERY SINGLE FLORIDIAN WHO NEEDS A DRIVER’SLICENSE.
The bill begins by defining “sex” in a way that does not include transgender people and incorporates this concept into Part 1.01 of Florida’s legal script. It requires that all Florida laws follow this definition, successfully eradicating all transgender constitutional recognition in one go. Therefore, it reviews numerous code provisions and develops new regulations that enable the scanning of trans people’s assigned sex at birth and the enforcement of laws that either exclude or criminalize them.
Again, what is the goal of this bill that is being demanded by practically no one but the most serious right-wing wingnuts? Of course, the goal is to LITERALLY remove the trans identity. This is in addition to different laws mandating that transgender people be reported to the state, such as a Kansas Attorney General lawsuit that requires all birth certificates and state IDs to reflect the person’s gender at birth, or another bill in Montana that eliminates the constitutional protection for trans people.
After Jacksonville’s president attended the Pride parades in 2023, Dean Black, the author of this abhorrent bill in Florida, wildly threatened to forbid Floridian mayors from doing the same.
Missouri has proposed a bill that would use their own state’s Human Rights Commission to enforce bathroom bans against trans people after deciding that it is against their CIVIL RIGHTS for transgender people to use the restroom of their gender identity (who are obviously not at all affected). It shouldn’t be necessary to mention that
Fascism Isthis.
It should be noted that Lily Alba ( also known as The Danish Lady ) underwent the first gender affirming surgery in Berlin, which is where the famous Nazi book burning image first appeared in history books. In my Sub stack content, “Transgender History That Was Never Taught In School,” I discuss the background of this center.
Why is the more important query? Why is there so much hatred and hostility directed at the trans group, which merely wants to occur? The Republican Party’s painful rightward turn into illegal fascism is the solution, as often. And nazism NEEDS a scapegoat to take responsibility for all of the country’s issues so that foolish people will elect them to power and implement their cruel and anti-human policies for good. This tale has been told previously. It does not have a happy ending.
They started by focusing on trans people.
