In New York City, there is a stir over the transgender sports conversation.

The absurdity of transgender activists ‘ claim that male players should compete in women’s activities is so pernicious that even people in Manhattan are getting tired of it.

A resolution calling on New York City Mayor Eric Adams ‘ leadership to evaluate its plan that allows kids to play women sports was approved by Manhattan’s largest class board region, which had a vote of 8 to 3. Although it is not a significant change, it is an expression of criticism of the transgender status quo in New York’s spirit of strength.

This is not a wonder. Ordinary people understand how ridiculous it is to say that you can change your gender, that children are capable of making that decision for themselves, and that it is hateful to not let kids play women activities despite the hysterical bleating of protesters who claim this puts” a target on individuals ‘ hearts” or that it is “despicable” Even those who are willing to overlook the first and the much smaller group who are willing to miss the second you watch any sport’s game for athletes who are 12 or older and understand how different the gender gaps are in athleticism.

Even more absurd is the activist lobbying for forced sex change policies that permanently transform children into male athletes who pretend to care about kids while forcing them to compete against ( and change alongside ) male athletes. No one agrees with the hysterical behavior of someone like New York City Public Schools Chancellor David Banks, who reacted to Nassau County’s ( home to Long Island ) ban boys from girls ‘ sports with the statement,” Won’t you just leave the kids alone?”

The person who is pushing baby sex changes, pretending that kids can choose to get the same gender or a mixed-up category like “nonbinary,” is not the person who gets to move around and say “leave the kids only.” Children have been turned into walking trans talking points by banks and the insane activists who back his position, and they are imposing their anti-reality view on girls who simply want to play sports and not be forced to change second to boys in their vault rooms.

The fact that this is even bubbling over in Manhattan demonstrates how far-fetched these activists and their Democratic politicians have become. Even in overwhelmingly Democratic areas like Manhattan, you can lie to people about tax policy or climate change and watch it go over their heads. However, something as fundamental as “boys are boys and girls are girls” is not something you can change by loudly whining at council meetings.
