Judge disciplined for labeling a transgender activist as a “terrible, condescending stupid.”

The Lord Chancellor and Lady Chief Justice have disciplined a prosecutor who described a transgender rights activist as a “stupid, condescending fool” on social media.

The judge Simon Myerson Houston, who acted in an unpleasant manner and failed to uphold the requirements of his criminal business, has been found guilty of misconduct by Alex Chalk and Baroness Carr. ”

Following complaints from two trans activists that led to an investigation into Mr. Myerson’s tweets by the criminal conduct investigations company, the pair received “formal advice ” – a form of criminal reprimand.

Judges are advised to avoid online debates about the judicial system, the legal system, or another politically contentious subjects in social media direction. They are also expected to maintain “their social power, dignity, politeness and respect ” of their criminal company.

In his comments, Mr. Myerson mocked a trans activist’s “tiny intellect” and questioned whether he would be “shot when the Trans revolution happens.”

‘Idiotic remarks’

He accused them of “idiotic statements,” saying that “trying to patronize me as well doesn’t make the nonsense true.”

“You lack the intellect to see the place,” he said.

The Lady Chief Justice also reprimanded Mr. Myerson for having “engaged in politically contentious topics,” which posed questions about his impartiality.

In the comments, the prosecutor, who is the president of the Leeds Jewish Representative Council, linked trans politicians to the Left-wing politics of Jeremy Corbyn, the previous Labour leader.

‘Tiny intellect’

“The fact that those who question on the ‘side of transgender folks’ are the same people who cheered on Corbyn is a part of the problem. It implies that the imagination is impure, and politicians are perniciously individual. You stupid, condescending, fool,” said Mr. Myerson.

“I believe that Chomsky’s genius is the cause of the terrible Left’s interest in so many things… is that they feel a need for imagination.

“They are unable to obtain it from Corbyn, who they are aware of as having the necessary value. They batten onto Noam.

“But [twitter control of the trans activist]—what’s the deal? Although I’m blocked, I’m hardly on your list of people who will be shot during the Trans trend. May I charm?”

‘Posted improperly’

A spokesman for the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office stated in a statement that: “The Lady Chief Justice has issued Recorder Simon Myerson with formal advice for misconduct after he inappropriately posted on Twitter (now known as X), with the Lord Chancellor’s agreement.

The chosen judge took into account Recorder Myerson’s judicial status in his recommendations, considered how he had addressed it in traditional tweets, engaged in politically contentious issues, occasionally offensive, and failed to uphold the requirements of his judicial office.

The Lady Chief Justice and Lord Chancellor concurred with the elected prosecutor that Recorder Myerson’s conduct constituted judicial wrongdoing and that proper advice is the best course of action.”
