A U.S. Navy SEAL who has been positively opposing California school board is currently the subject of an inquiry into potential relationships to “extremist” causes.
Bryce Henson, an active-duty Navy SEAL, was reportedly being investigated by the Naval Special Warfare Command for allegedly supporting radical groups, according to Task &, Purpose, a media source covering the U.S. war.
Cooperation with love or extremist groups of any kind is against the fundamental principles of the Navy and is not tolerated by NSW, according to a Naval Special Warfare Command director, “while seamen are always free to exercise their rights to freedom of speech and council if they follow the law and plan restrictions.”

It comes after KPBS in San Diego reported that Henson, who also goes by the name Ben Richards, was spotted at a number of Proud Boys demonstrations that were organized by far-right extremists. According to the neighborhood media outlet, Henson has been photographed at least 12 protests since July 2022, the majority of which have been against LGBTQ+ problems. Henson may have been connected to a number of Proud Boys people, according to KPBS, despite the Naval Special Warfare Command’s lack of information on certain organizations.
Henson originally ran the Southern California Parent Advocates Instagram account, which fights class boards over issues like crucial racial concept instruction in California schools, according to The Daily Beast. Henson’s attempts at California school board meetings and how he has led anti-LGBT+ demonstrations in the state were the subject of a report published by the Los Angeles Times next month.
If transgender people want him to “respect their mad identity,” Henson said to the Times, he should use a unique name to combat the various aspects of the neighborhood.
Henson has voiced opposition to critical race theory, “radical identity ideology,” and vaccine mandates at school board meetings across Southern California. According to the store, Henson has referred to teachers unions as the “enemy.”
Henson was even reported by KPBS to have attended a protest against the LGBTQ+ area following an incident in which the transgender woman used the female locker room. According to Military .com, Henson recently spoke on a Christian radio and claimed to have gone to various gatherings to fight the “radical transgender army.”
Newsweek sent a strong concept to the Southern California Parent Advocates via social media asking for Henson’s opinion.
Some social media users voiced their opposition to the inquiry.

“CPO Bryce Henson did nothing wrong,” wrote X person @Punished Taylor. On the advice of communist agitators, the Navy should stop their investigation and regret to Henson for endangering his profession.
In response to the story, Southern California Parent Advocates organization member Andrew Dyer, the writer who wrote the article for KPBS on Henson, also posted a blog on X stating that the images were “doctored.”
” It is untrue that he claims that pictures have been altered. On January 18, Dyer said,” I was in Santee where I saw Henson and filmed him with Proud Boys and other well-known native far-right fanatics, some of whom I’ve followed for more than three years.”
Attorney General Merrick Garland and other officers were contacted earlier this year by the Republican-led House Judiciary Committee to provide more details about investigations into relatives who have resisted specific values, such as critical race theory, at school board meetings.
