Riley Gaines, a former prisoner, claims that adult “opportunists” are using transgender plans to enter adult prisons.

Riley Gaines, a former collegiate swimmer and present OutKick contribution, spoke to Amie Ishikawa, a former inmate and advocate for women’s rights, on Tuesday regarding predators attempting to evade transgender laws.

Gaines spoke to Ishikawa on her” Morris for Girls” show about the contentious rules governing the cover of biological men in all-women’s prisons based on their identifying as females. While the notion is fair for transgender prisoners, Ishikawa listed several reasons why any man could abuse the rule.

A large number of people who are moving are people the condition has a hard time keeping secure because of their position, which is not transgender, gang affiliation, being informants, and other quite difficult people. So they’re coming from these height four men’s prison, they’re maximum protection, and entering women’s common people, which is absolutely no segregated”, Ishikawa explained.

” It’s like a child in a candy store. And the children’s jail is like an unshucked oysters. It’s simply waiting to be discovered because there’s so many options for bribery. It’s a gold mine for them. All these complaints are spinning and being created as a result of this. There’s a lot of money to be made in these scenarios, and these opportunists are going to take advantage of this opportunity as expected”, she added.

Gaines agreed, saying,” There are opportunists and that is what the methods that we have in place – we’re allowing ourselves to be taken advantages of because of the exploiters”.

Ishikawa previously stated in an interview that “92 % of incarcerated people in California have been battered, beat, or have experienced some form of physical abuse.” They’re now violently housed with alive female inmates who 33.8 % are registered sex offenders. But, to place ladies in a situation that’s very similar to their original stress, many of which led them to their confinement, is cruel and unusual. And it has resulted in a number of sophisticated Anxiety symptoms that are already present throughout the entire population.

They also discussed reports of female contraceptive dispensers being installed in adult prisons, especially after reports of female impregnators.

It appears as though they are encouraging orgasm and, in many cases, encouraging murder, not only are they merely allowing coitus by providing condoms. Because afterwards, these are people convicted of sexual abuse atrocities”, Gaines said.

Ishikawa claimed that there are signs placed inside health facilities that provide options for pregnant women who have gotten pregnant while incarcerated.

” This has never been a problem before, clearly, because women do n’t have penises”, she said.

Ishikawa ended by urging viewers to become more aware of the state’s guidelines and to find out whether males are staying in women’s housing. Gaines even suggested that viewers nationwide assistance a Women’s Bill of Rights.

It’s strange that we have n’t had a definition for the word “woman” in the nearly 250ish years that we’ve been a county, of course, because we never had to struggle to define the word. I would say that the term person is essential because it is a witness to where we are as a country right now, which is a very frightening thought, even though we are in 2024.
