Anthony Acquaye is an authority on safety plans.
Anthony Acquaye, a security policy analyst, has raised concerns over something he believes could have a significant impact on how people make choices during the December 7 general elections.
According to him, because the anti-LGBT+ group is very vocal and believed to have some pretty powerful individuals among them, they may move toward the political affiliation that advances their goals.
By the time Ghanaians turn out for the polls on December 7th, according to Acquaye, the LGBT+ society could have an impact on the results if the President refuses to support the anti-gay expenses, Promotion of Sexual Rights and Family Values Bill.
In a speech made available to the public, he added that the majority community would probably invest in the modern government if it believed it had the interests of the day in mind when the anti-gay bill was not passed into law.
“Take the LGBTQIA+ community, for example, the true fact out there indicates that this LGBTQIA+ community has a lot of money to influence in achieving their interests, and it is on record that most of these people who have been lured into their activities were given money. This LGBTQIA+ community can quickly fund or, if you want, sponsor any of them with huge money and their interests to stop the bill from becoming a law thanks to the two major political parties in Ghana.
“Here is the case: the opposition party’s leader has declared his stance not in support of the LGBTQIA+ activities, so obviously, the LGBTQIA+ community are looking up to the governing party led by President Nana Addo as their hope not to assent to the bill. President Akufo Addo’s refusal to assent his signature till 7th December, election will trigger the LGBTQIA+ community to sponsor the governing party, as they may be seen as the party that can protect their interests.
“As a result, the governing party will have more wealth to control the election in several different ways or means,” he stated.
Parliament passed the pro-LGBT+ Bill on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, but the President has indicated that he will not consent to it until a Supreme Court match against the act is determined.

If PRESIDENT NANA ADDO DOES NOT DISCOVER HIS SIGNATURE BEFORE DEC 7 TO PROTECT THEIR Attention? 2024 Poll RISKS MONETARY INFLUENCE BY LGBTQ FOREIGN COMMUNITIES TO PROTECT THEIR Attention
In history, every vote in the world faces one or more risks or threats in its pattern, either pre-election, during, or post-election.
Some of these dangers are foreign influence, election fraud, or fraud, politically related violence, etc.
The result of these risks is that they can destroy the integrity, trustworthiness, free, honest, and clear of the vote and its ultimate result outcome, thus preventing the best candidate for the women’s vote from winning.
Then, one may inquire, how?
Consider the LGBTQIA+ community as an example, as described in the heading. The truth is that this LGBTQIA+ area has a lot of money to influence people’s interests, and it is known that the majority of those who have been compelled to participate in their activities were given funds.
Fast forward to the present, between the two main political parties in Ghana, this LGBTQIA+ community can fund or, if desired, sponsor any of them with sizable funds in their own interests to prevent the bill from becoming a law.
Here is the event the position group’s leader has declared his attitude not in support of the LGBTQIA+ activities, so clearly, the LGBTQIA+ community are looking up to the governing party led by President Nana Addo as their hope never to consent to the bill.
The LGBTQIA+ community will start sponsoring the governing party because they may be perceived as the party that can defend their interests due to President Akufo Addo’s refusal to assent his signature until December 7th.
In consequence, the ruling party will have more money to use a variety of means and tactics to influence the election.
