Trans professor files a grievance | Kolkata News

KOLKATA: A trans state university professor lodged a complaint at Rahara authorities place, alleging that she felt’ discriminated’ by the behaviour of the headmistress. The professor claimed that the dean had asked her to “get out” of her space when she went to suggest hosting dynamic exams on the campus. She also had staged a sit-in demonstration on the school’s grounds on Friday evening. The principal has denied the incident saying she was’ active’ and did n’t behave.
The professor has complained to the officers alleging that she felt “discriminated” by the principal. Our headmistress may have legitimately declined my demand to never reduce class hours this way. Instead, she harshly told me: ‘ You should get out of my area’. This is no way to talk to a tutor. I am a happy trans and I deserve respect”, she said. The school’s principal told Pas:” I have been keeping extremely active and have not misbehaved with people”.
Manabi Bandyopadhyay, the evil chairman of West Bengal’s Transgender Persons Development Board and the director of Dhola Mahavidyalaya, has vehemently reacted to the event. ” The professor has merited the title of assistant professor in her school by virtue of her ability. She called me right away to tell the story of the event. This is a ruse used by individuals to discriminate against transgender people and isolate them until they are ultimately fired from their jobs after being publicly humiliated. Because of this persecution, transgender people are prohibited from working in government. With my 35 years of experience, I know how this behavior is psychologically affect a man. We all need to protest this form of violence, Bandyopadhyay said.
