Transgender Day of Visibility is not a concept created by President Joe Biden. It originated in 2009 in Michigan with the Transgender Michigan program. It is also known as Transgender Day of Remembrance and has spread. It falls on March 31, and Easter Sunday is observed this year.
However, the White House made a proclamation known on Friday, which is Good Friday in the Christian calendar and commemorates Jesus’ death on the cross.

He urged “all Americans to join us in raising the voices and lives of transgender people throughout our Nation and to work toward ending violence and discrimination based on gender identity.”

Biden has carved out transgender identity as a hallmark of his administration, and he is putting billions of dollars into exporting transgender ideology abroad. In his statement on Friday, he boasted about the many transgenders he has hired in his administration.
The Assistant Secretary of Health, Rachel Levine, is one of them. Levine concentrates the majority of his efforts on promoting transgenderism throughout the entire federal bureaucracy.
According to a 2023 Federal Bureau of Prisons memo obtained by the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project, Biden is also commuting taxpayers to pay for transgender surgeries performed on prisoners.
Details of the “immediate implementation” of invasive surgery to mutilate inmates’ God-given genitalia were revealed in a memo discovered through a Freedom of Information Act request last fall. “Healthcare providers should utilize a gender-affirming approach, including using the individual’s preferred name and pronouns during each clinical encounter”, the federal memo reads. This also includes using non-gender-specific terminology (ex. ask for anatomical body parts, or if the patient has a preferred term to use, in lieu of penis/vagina or chest/breast.)
In his 2024 budget proposal, Biden demanded billions of dollars to help spread the transexual agenda around the world. This amount, in contrast to dozens of other spending priorities, includes preventing the smuggling of fentanyl across the southern border.
In the last two years, Biden’s budget request for this transgender agenda has more than doubled.
